Biography
Brenda Rutledge has been a clinical physical therapist for over 17 years with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore; which is one of the top ten schools in the field of physical therapy. Brenda is a self-motivated hard worker and high achiever and has consistently proven her talents from an early age being a successful athlete to excelling in various clinical settings. Brenda has been using cutting edge techniques in the field of physical therapy; such as, Kinesio Tex Tape since 2004 and IASTM tools since 2016. Her experience ranges from developing specialized programs to include: dynamic stretches, lectures on injury prevention, wounded warrior pilot program, wounded warrior sport specific programs etc.; treating professional and amateur athletes as well as soldiers qualifying for the wounded warrior games (similar to the Olympics). Brenda reviews various diagnostic tests such as (MRI, X-rays, EMG, and Bone Scans). She currently reviews articles for the American Journal of Sports Medicine.
